We will stand by 365 days, 24 hrs for you.
When riders face an accident, we will arrange rescue team to the scene and assist to handle, you're never left alone on the side of the road.
Our legal team will advise you on what to do if an accident occurs and help you file a claim for the compensation you are entitled to.
Things Need To Know Joining SMBT Members
I confirmed that the motorcycle is in good condition and there is no problem.
If the customer's motorcycle has been damaged/broken down before joining the membership, the member will not be able to enjoy free towing/free motocycle rental services.
Membership will take effect after the following days (Towing required during the non-valid period will incur a fee)
Basic/VIP Memebrs/MSIA FUN TOUR Riders (Malaysia Citizens): 14 days
SG BIKE FUN TOUR (Singapore Citizens): 7 days
The orange membership sticker must be pasted anywhere on the motorcycle (It is recommended to stick it on the back of the motocycle)
If we find that there is no membership sticker when you need to towed, you will be fined the following fees:
Basic/VIP Memebrs/MSIA FUN TOUR Riders (Malaysia Citizens): RM 30
SG BIKE FUN TOUR (Singapore Citizens): SGD 30
For Malaysian citizens
A deposit is required to rent a motorcycle.
Motorcycle fee towing can only be used in breakdowns/accidents caused by damage to motorcycle parts
Fees are required for towing under the following conditions (Motorcycle key problem, motorcycle delivery for maintenance, delivery from motorcycle shop to motorcycle shop, motorcycle can be started and etc)
